Enter the same text into multiple Excel cells at once

In Microsoft Excel, you can enter the same data or text in multiple cells at the same time with the following simple steps.
- Select all cells that should have the same text.
- Enter the desired text.
- After typing the text instead of pressing Input, Press ctrl+Input.
After completing the above steps, the text will be automatically pasted into all the selected cells. This tip is useful when you have data with the same prefix and need to add something at the end of each cell.
For example, the steps above were performed to enter "computer hope" in all the highlighted cells as shown in the figure. Once done, I could press F2 In a selected cell, go to the bottom and add "1" to make the "Computer Hope 1" cell. I could continue this for each cell to have computer hope 1 through 16.
